Together with the Dorsch International Consultants , Wiesbaden, as prime architect and designer, wolf engineers + consultants designs the technical building systems and site development of the Luna® training and maintenance compound. The compound consists of a training building with a training hall to instruct the operators. Further, the building has training workshops and garages for hands-on-training on the associated monitoring and ground equipment, and vehicles, as well as class rooms and computer training rooms, office and support spaces. The maintenance building consists of specialized workshops for maintenance and repair of the airframe, and the associated aircraft systems, ground equipment and vehicles, as well as offices and other rooms are furnished.

The building services encompass plumbing, including solar hot water generation, space air conditioning and ventilation systems, industrial flooring with integrated radiant cooling, industrial ventilation and exhaust systems, sprinkler and fire alarm systems according to NFPA requirements , medium and low voltage power supply, interior lighting, data and communication systems, and control and automation systems.

The site development consists of potable and firewater distribution, including enamel bolted steel water tank and pumping station, wastewater collection, stormwater infiltration, and district cooling. For electrical and communications cable systems a buried duct bank system is erected.

wolf engineers + consultants provides schematic design and design development for the building systems and the site development, as well as the final design of the workshops. The planning team set-up digital 3-D building models for the building information modeling (BIM).
