For better local living conditions the Committee plans to improve the rural and peri-urban infrastructure:
- pavement of approx. 40 km of rural roads and vicinity streets
- privatization of municipal slaughtery
- implementation of a sanitary sewer system an sewage treatment plant for the municipality of Presidente Franco for 50.000 persons
- implementation of solid waste management

feasibility study:
- definition of target populations and assessment of needs
- development of aims, tasks and key figures
- conceptual design of the most needed and promising projects to reach the aims
- estimate of costs and risks for the program and the individual projects project schedule
- definition of the organizational framework
- concept for PPP-model for Presidente Franco sewage treatment plant
